Vintage “Racine du Temps” Pinot Noir Extrait

This vintage extract from the "Root of Time" plot comes from the René Bouvier estate in Gevrey-Chambertin. Pinot Noir is a prestigious grape variety that is difficult to grow outside of the Burgundy climate, and it brings a cocktail of antioxidant polyphenols. It contains numerous flavonoids such as anthocyanins, oligoproanthocyanidins (OPC), as well as rare stilbenes including resveratrol. Along with the Blackcurrant Bud extract from Burgundy, it composes the A2OC complex.
