Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and under no circumstances can Vinésime be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.

DOM-TOM & International delivery

Our shipping times are as follows:

  • For any order placed from Monday to Thursday, the order will be shipped the next day.
  • For any order placed from Friday to Sunday, the order will be shipped the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
  • For any order placed on public holidays, the order will be dispatched the following working day.



International delivery is by UPS. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Costs and times vary depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you want to return a product to us? Carefree ! For any return, please send us an email to contact@vinesime.fr to let us know. Please specify: the number of your order, the product(s) returned, the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange, a purchase voucher or refund. Thus you will be assured of the proper processing of your request and of greater speed in its management.

Any Customer may request the exchange of his article within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer.The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

It is not necessary to attach any document to the package.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any complaints.

If the item is refused by Vinésime, it is returned to the Customer at Vinésime's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. 

When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions – for example, a gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached – if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer , in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed.

Orders placed on the Vinésime website cannot be returned or exchanged at partner hotels and spas.
